Music Meadow Rules

Absolutely no pets other than qualified service animals in the music meadow. Emo­tional support animals will not be allowed.

No outside food or drink allowed in the music meadow.

Exceptions include:

2 sealed water bottles per person

Kids juice/milk boxes, baby formula

1 empty 16oz cup for refilling

Empty water bottle. Refill station will be provided.

No large coolers. Soft sided lunch sized permitted.

Listen to the security team; we are all in this together

No chairs higher than 18" in front of sound board.

No Frisbee or disc throwing.

ALL personal items must be removed from music meadow nightly.

No fireworks or sky lanterns.

No amplified music or drum circles before 11:00 a.m. or after 1:00 a.m.

No video recording of any performances.

No unauthorized vending. If you are not a registered vendor, you may NOT sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. Violators will be ejected and have items confiscated.

No laser pens or similar focused beam devices.

No professional camera equipment without a media wristband.

No unauthorized motorized and/or remote control aerial devices/drones.

No confetti.

Campfires ARE permitted, with a contained fire ring or fireplace that you bring.

However, no outside firewood is permitted due to possibility of Ash borer contamination. We will have firewood for sale. Propane cook stoves are okay.

No motorized vehicles (i.e. golf carts, ATV's, segways, etc.).

No amplified music or drum circles before 11:00 a.m. or after 1:00 a.m.

Only camp in the family area if you intend to respect quiet hours.

FAQs

Festival weather. Smoky Run Music Festival is a rain or shine event. All sales are final, no refunds.

Are dogs/pets allowed?
Absolutely no dogs/pets other than qualified service animals on the property - camping area included. Emotional support animals will not be allowed.

What’s the bathroom situation? There will be ample portolets at various locations throughout the property.

Will there be showers? Showers are available with VIP passes. No showers otherwise.

Is there a family camp? Yes, we will have a quieter and more kid-friendly environment in a section of the camping area. Site map coming soon.

Is my little one free? Yes, Children 12 and under are free. 

Is my teenager free? Children ages 13 to 16 can secure a ticket at half price with a paying adult. 

Can I leave and come back? Daytime parking passes include 'In & Out' privileges. Car camping passes DO NOT include 'In & Out’ privileges. When you park your car in the camping area, you MAY NOT leave and come back.

What is the price for parking with my single day ticket? Single day parking is $10/day.

Can I drive around in the camping area? No. Once parked in the camping area, stay parked. You will be ejected otherwise.

What if I have a medical emergency? Medical professionals will be on-site 24 hours a day.

How is secured being handled? Security will be doing rounds all day and night in the camping area. Security will be present in the Music Meadow at all times. Please respect our security team and let them know if something seems unsafe. They are here to keep everyone safe.

Can we have a super awesome jam session/dance party at night in the camp­site? No amplified music or drum circles before 11:00 a.m. or after 1:00 a.m.

What is the taping policy? Audience taping is permitted in the designated tapers section adjacent to the sound Board. Microphone stands limited to 7' tall max. Taping policy subject to change per Performer.
