Arts & Crafts Vendor Application

Applications will be accepted until June 10, 2019. Applications received after this date will not be considered.

Final vendor selections will be confirmed & contacted ASAP. Payment will be required upon confirmation of acceptance.

  • Vendors are NOT allowed to sell anything other than described on application. (SRMF LLC reserves the right to reject any part of items sold based on other vendors, and sponsors). All adjustments to items sold will be noted on acceptance letter.

  • Vendors are requested to use compostable service wear.

  • ALL vendors will need to obtain a permit. (as determined by Richland County Health Department Requirements) 

SRMF WILL provide ALL tents to maintain uniformity.

Vendors may plug into the SRMF power grid. Vendors MAY NOT run their own generators.Vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords and cord bridges to the festival; SRMF will not supply these items.

$900 - Includes 3 passes and 1 parking pass
